Delete Your RSYes Account
RSYes allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You do not need to contact us or submit a request to do so.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account from within the RSYes app:
- Open the RSYes app and sign in to your account
- Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email, profile photo)
- Your friend connections
- Events you created (marked as cancelled)
- Your event responses
- Your subscription information
- Your push notification tokens
What Is Not Deleted
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to your account may be retained.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recovery period.
- If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it through your device’s subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
- After deletion, you may create a new account using the same phone number, but none of your previous data will be restored.
