RSYes Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 1, 2026

RSYes is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially minors. This page outlines our standards and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

Age Requirement

RSYes is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use RSYes with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or use our services. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account without appropriate consent, we will promptly terminate their account and delete their data.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

RSYes has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. Any attempt to groom, solicit, or engage minors in inappropriate conduct. Any content that sexualizes minors in any way. Sharing, distributing, or storing CSAM through our platform.

Detection and Reporting

RSYes is a social planning app where user-generated content is limited to small profile images and event details shared among friends. While the platform does not host public content feeds or media uploads, we take any reports of prohibited content or conduct seriously. If we identify or receive reports of potential CSAM or child exploitation, we will remove the content, disable the offending account, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.

Reporting

Users who encounter content or behavior that may endanger a child can report concerns by contacting us at info@rsyes.com. All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action is taken.

Enforcement

Users who violate these standards will have their accounts permanently terminated. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety and comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.

Compliance

RSYes complies with all relevant child safety laws, including reporting obligations to regional and national authorities. We regularly review and update our practices to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving legal requirements and platform standards.
